Non-ACTRAFilmmaker with a great history in festivals, press and distribution is looking for two talented principal actors for a 2 day shoot of his next short film in late August.
1 principal female Caucasian, 15 – 20 yrs of age, average build, short to average height, innocent face ; to portray a character (15-17 yrs old) with an innocent / mischievous nature.1 principal male Caucasian, 40 – 50 yrs of age, slim build, tall height, rugged face; to portray a character (late 30’s to mid 40’s yrs old) of a strong demeanor.
The film is a Toronto based gritty street drama focusing on a brief encounter between an older man and a young girl, in a coffee shop. The man is a nighthawk. The girl is a street youth that has been recently assaulted by a group of boys in an alleyway.
